A unified effort for an enhanced customer journey
For American Lighting, this project was HUGE. Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Creatives were brought together for a complete overhaul. For a long time their website was a glorified catalog.

Central to the redesign was an eCommerce component that provides a seamless process for our customers to purchase, track, and reorder products. One of the key improvements that were made was a more intuitive search function, enabling our customers to find products quickly and efficiently. We also added a product comparison tool, allowing users to make informed purchasing decisions.
Following the new brand book, my team introduced an updated design that reflects the maturity of American Lighting. Personally overseeing the look and feel of the design, I made sure that every visual element resonated with our new values, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
